With its enhanced resolution, large field of view, and powerful integrated illumination, this model delivers exceptional decoding accuracy even in complex environments involving multi-barcode labels, large parcels, and high-density codes.
Powered by a 12MP CMOS sensor (4024 × 3036) and paired with a 16 mm industrial lens, the system supports a 1550 mm optimal working distance, making it ideal for wide conveyor belts and overhead installation setups. Its 730 mm × 550 mm field of view at 10 mil enables large-area barcode capture, allowing fast, reliable decoding across large packages or multiple codes within a single frame.
The reader offers a substantial 650 mm depth of field, ensuring consistent barcode readability despite variations in package height or tilt on the conveyor. Its integrated high-brightness LED illumination delivers 9000 lux at 1000 mm, with strong uniformity (0.56), enabling stable scanning in low-light, reflective, or uneven lighting conditions. With a wide 420–730 nm wavelength and 6500 K color temperature, the lighting is optimized for maximum decoding contrast on labels of various materials.
This model supports a full range of 1D and 2D barcode symbologies, including Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar, EAN series, QR Code, and Data Matrix. Designed for continuous industrial operation, it achieves 9.6 fps full-resolution capture, which is ideal for medium-speed conveyor systems requiring high-precision imaging rather than extreme frame rates.
