Engineered for fast, accurate, and stable barcode decoding, it integrates a high-resolution camera, optimized optical lens, and powerful built-in illumination to deliver exceptional recognition performance under demanding environments.
This code reading set supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcode symbologies, including Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar, EAN, QR Code, and Data Matrix—making it suitable for diverse applications such as express logistics, manufacturing, packaging lines, and automated sorting systems.
Equipped with a 12 mm lens and optimized for a 900 mm working distance, the system provides a generous 550 × 340 mm field of view at 10 mil resolution, allowing it to capture multiple barcodes simultaneously with high accuracy. Its 500 mm depth of field ensures stable reading even when objects vary in height or distance on the conveyor.
The integrated lighting module delivers 5800 lux at 1000 mm with excellent uniformity and a wide wavelength range (420–730 nm), ensuring consistent readability under various material and surface conditions, including reflective packaging, labels, and cartons.
