Motorized Conventional Sliding Gates are designed to offer unmatched performance, durability, and elegance for a wide range of applications including industrial, residential, commercial spaces, warehouses, airports, shipyards, and high-security entrances such as K4 crash-rated zones. These gates are manufactured with precision engineering, providing a maximum clear width of up to 40,000 mm for a single leaf and 80,000 mm for a double leaf (bi-parting), with a standard height reaching 3000 mm. Larger custom sizes are also available upon request to meet specific project requirements.The gates operate with a smooth horizontal straight opening movement, and for specialized needs, a 90-degree curved opening mechanism can also be provided. They are capable of reaching opening and closing speeds of up to 0.16 meters per second, with an option to upgrade up to 0.3 meters per second for high-efficiency operations. Every gate is meticulously constructed using standard steel hollow tubular sections, ensuring a torsion-free, fully welded structure that offers exceptional rigidity and resilience. The gate frames and infills are fabricated from square or rectangular steel hollow sections, offering a robust and aesthetically pleasing solution.To enhance visual appeal and durability, a variety of cladding materials are available, including standard mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel grades SS304 and SS316, aluminium sheets, polycarbonate, acrylic, PVC sheets, wood, and Fundermax panels, allowing complete customization to match the architectural needs of the site. The bottom rail is fabricated using a C-channel with a round polished bar for stable sliding motion, while Italian-made galvanized bottom rollers with a minimum diameter of 120 mm, equipped with ball bearings and lubrication points, ensure smooth and long-lasting operation.The gates are supported by full-height columns made with galvanized adjustable upper guide brackets fitted into heavy-duty steel box sections, and nylon guide rollers mounted on either side of the columns provide excellent lateral stability and quiet movement of the gate leaf. Driven by a rugged and powerful rack-driven drive unit with an integral electronic control system, these gates are built for intensive use and are perfectly suited for environments with high operational frequencies.Electrically, the gates operate on a connecting voltage of either 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase, offering flexibility depending on the sites power supply. Safety and reliability are prioritized, with the entire system CE marked according to the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and type-tested according to EN 13241-1. In the event of a power failure, manual emergency operation is available through a simple key-operated mechanism, ensuring security and convenience at all times.For added safety, the system is equipped with external route monitoring via a pair of photocells mounted on anodized aluminium vertical supports, instantly detecting obstacles and halting gate movement if necessary. A flashing warning light provides a visual indication of gate operation to alert nearby individuals and vehicles, further enhancing the safety of the system. With an IP44 protection rating for the operator unit and options for higher IP ratings available on request, these sliding gates are built to endure challenging environmental conditions while delivering consistent, reliable performance.
