Long Description
Avery Dennisonβ’ FT B1148 β Double Coated Polyester Tape
Avery Dennisonβ’ FT B1148 is a high-performance double coated polyester film tape engineered with a permanent solvent rubber adhesive on both sides. The tape provides medium tack, peel, and shear strength, designed to bond securely to a wide range of substrates such as metals, plastics, paper, and composites. It is constructed in a twin-liner format using calendered silicone papers to ensure excellent layflat properties, which facilitate easy sheeting, die-cutting, and converting.
FT B1148 is ideally suited for general-purpose bonding and mounting applications, including nameplates, posters, and point-of-sale (POS) displays. The balance of adhesion, shear performance, and handling properties makes it a versatile option for industrial and graphic applications requiring consistent bonding performance.
Key Features
Double coated polyester film with solvent-based rubber adhesive on both sides
Twin yellow silicone paper liners for excellent layflat and processability
Medium tack and peel strength providing reliable adhesion to various substrates
