The MV-SC6050M-16M-XBN is a high-precision 5 MP Smart Camera from the Hikrobot SC6000 Series, designed for demanding machine vision applications requiring accuracy, speed, and flexible illumination. With its integrated Vision Master Platform—featuring a built-in deep learning module—the camera supports powerful on-device inspection, recognition, measurement, defect detection, and code reading tasks across various industrial environments.
Powered by a global shutter 5 MP CMOS sensor, the camera delivers a resolution of 2432 × 2048 and supports a high-speed 80 fps frame rate, enabling stable image capture on fast production lines. The M12-mount 16 mm lens offers a narrower field of view ideal for applications requiring close-up, high-detail inspection of small components.
One of its standout features is the built-in multi-color lighting system, providing red, green, blue, and white illumination selectable via software. This eliminates the need for multiple external lights and enhances flexibility for multi-material and multi-surface inspections.
Equipped with 8 GB memory and 64 GB storage, the device can process complex vision algorithms locally without external computing. Integration is simplified through a rich set of I/O options, including Gigabit Ethernet, RS-232, multiple digital inputs/outputs, and a 30 W light source output. It supports industrial protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, MODBUS, TCP/UDP, MC, FINS, and FTP.
Built with industrial durability in mind, the camera features IP67 protection (with proper installation) and operates reliably in challenging environments with temperatures between 0°C and 50°C.
