Powered by a 1/1.45" CMOS sensor and global shutter technology, the camera ensures precise capture of fast-moving objects without distortion. With a resolution of 2432 × 2048 and a pixel size of 3.45 μm, it delivers detailed monochrome images suitable for inspection, measurement, alignment, and identification tasks. The camera supports an impressive 80 fps frame rate, enabling high-speed production line inspection.
The SC6000 series integrates the Vision Master Platform, which includes advanced deep learning tools such as classification, detection, segmentation, and OCR algorithms. Its built-in 8 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage provide sufficient capacity to run complex algorithms directly on the camera, reducing the need for external PCs or controllers and enabling true edge computing.
